Niklas Virta serves as the CEO of Aqua Dental, Sweden’s fastest growing dental chain with locations all over Sweden. Aqua Dental is characterized by a strong culture of entrepreneurship and a rebellious mindset to revolutionize the dental industry. During 2024, Aqua Dental saw growth of 50% making it unique within the dental industry. Aqua Dental has a unique position in the Swedish dental market through its patient acquisition engine that serves the rollout of state of the art ”De Novo clinics”. Niklas leads Aqua Dental together with his brother Rikard Virta, who is also the founder of Aqua Dental.  Prior to joining Aqua Dental, Niklas worked as Country Manager for Reckitt, one of the largest FMCG companies in the world. At Reckitt, Niklas established a track record of developing channels/brands, strategies, pricing models, and business plans in partnership with customers, to deliver long term/sustainable success, both from a market share, and P&;L perspective. Niklas also has experience from working as a management consultant in Canada, United States, and Sweden, specializing on Corporate Strategy, operations, logistics and e-commerce Supply Chain Management primarily within Retail, Healthcare/pharmacy, and Food and Beverages. Before embarking on a career within business, Niklas was a professional Athlete in Canada and Sweden. During his years as a professional athlete, Niklas developed a drive for success, which have transferred into his professional career, through work ethic, leadership and an inquisitive mind combined with my eagerness to learn and develop.
