Mandy Gast serves as the Chief Development Officer, where she leads the organization’s national growth strategy, acquisition pipeline, and partnership initiatives. A high-impact executive in the private equity-backed Management Services Organization (MSO) space, Mandy brings over a decade of experience in financial analytics, practice operations, and de novo expansion across primary, urgent, dental, and specialty healthcare.

Mandy’s career is defined by a unique "360-degree" perspective of the transaction lifecycle. Most recently, as Vice President of Business Development at Aesthetic Brokers, she led sell-side transaction strategy and negotiations, gaining an intimate understanding of what sellers value most. This followed a distinguished tenure at Dental Care Alliance (DCA), where Mandy’s leadership and results-driven approach led to a swift promotion from VP of the Southeast to Senior Vice President of Business Development. In that role, she spearheaded the national partnership strategy and oversaw all regional development efforts.

With a proven track record of scaling healthcare organizations—including overseeing the acquisition of $62 million in revenue at Complete Health — Mandy excels at identifying opportunity and executing complex deal structures. Her ability to listen to prospective partners and align their clinical legacy with executable growth strategies gives her an uncommon advantage in the competitive DSO landscape.

Mandy holds an MBA from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She is Six Sigma certified and contributes her expertise as a board member for the Complete Health Accountable Care ACO. Outside of her professional life, Mandy finds joy in her role as a mother to three children and is a passionate tennis player.
