Lane Theriault is the founder and CEO of Independence Dental Services, a US-based dental support organization with 80 practices. Prior to founding IDS, Mr. Theriault was a founding director of 123Dentist Corporation, which became the second largest DSO in Canada. He began his career on the M&A team at Citigroup, where he specialized in large, complex private and public market transactions.
