Dr Kathryn Bell is a UK-based dentist and aesthetic clinician in private practice at Hanlon & Gardner (Colosseum Dental Group), combining general and cosmetic dentistry with advanced facial aesthetics. She holds the Key Opinion Leader role for Aesthetic Medicine across Colosseum's UK practice network and is completing an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. Her recent writing explores why female leadership in dentistry matters, drawing on her own path from clinician to leadership, and she speaks on how women can support one another into leadership roles without compromising clinical integrity or wellbeing.
