Jeremy L. Hodge, DMD, is the Clinical Program Director for Lone Peak Dental Group and a general dentist with more than 22 years of experience across private practice, associate positions, partnerships, and multi-location ownership. Throughout his career, he has combined clinical excellence with a strong commitment to leadership, mentorship, and team development.

Dr. Hodge has extensive experience caring for children and adults, with particular expertise in treating pediatric patients and adults with special needs in surgery centers and hospital settings. Currently credentialed at multiple facilities, he brings a unique perspective on leading teams in complex, high-accountability clinical environments. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Hodge has mentored associate dentists and helped develop systems that support professional growth and long-term success.

He is currently working with Lone Peak Dental Group to build a structured mentorship program designed to strengthen clinical confidence, leadership capacity, and team connection among developing doctors. Dr. Hodge received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is married, the father of three daughters, and a proud grandfather.
