Curtis Swogger is the CEO of North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery, leading with a focus on values-based leadership, financial discipline, and a people-first culture. With experience across private equity–backed and privately held healthcare organizations, Curt is known for scaling businesses while strengthening culture for long-term sustainability. He is passionate about mentorship and servant leadership, believing in serving the team, not the hierarchy and building high-performing teams aligned around purpose and accountability to deliver exceptional outcomes for both patients and organizations.

Outside of work, Curt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and catching a Paris Saint-Germain match whenever possible. He also looks forward to the upcoming World Cup and cheering on Team USA.
