Ray Caruso is the President & CEO of Lone Peak Dental Group, a Dental Partnership Organization supporting more than 200 doctors across 13 states. Under his leadership, Lone Peak has become a leading provider of pediatric dental care, with a strong focus on underserved communities. The organization operates under its distinctive Kidsperience service model, guided by the mission of “Creating Healthy Habits that Last a Lifetime.”

Ray’s journey in dentistry began in 1991 when he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a dental assistant. Following his military service and college graduation, he joined Heartland Dental Care as a business assistant in one of its early practices. Over an 11-year tenure, Ray developed deep expertise in operations and business management, taking on increasingly senior leadership roles. He later served as Vice President of Operations and then Chief Operating Officer at DecisionOne Dental, where he gained extensive experience in change management and strategic execution. 

These cumulative experiences positioned Ray to lead Lone Peak Dental Group through a period of rapid growth and operational transformation. Under his guidance, the company has scaled into a national platform generating over $150 million in annual revenue.

Outside the office, Ray is an avid musician and plays bass guitar in a local band. He also enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains with his wife and two daughters.
