Anushika Brogan is the CEO and Founder of Damira Dental Studios, an award-winning dental group with over 50 practices across the UK. After qualifying from King's College London aged 22, she worked in oral surgery at King's College Hospital and St George's Hospital, then spent two years in Primary Care - before acquiring her first practice in Oxford in 2003. From that single practice, she has built Damira into one of the UK's leading dental groups. With over 25 years of experience, she still finds the time to practise clinically and remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Her hands-on approach and clinician-first philosophy are at the core of how Damira operates.
